01. About the Product
YSwipe is a hiring platform that combines AI with a more human approach to recruiting.
Instead of relying only on resumes, the product helps companies understand candidates through profiles, insights, and smarter evaluation tools.

02. My Contribution
During this project, I worked across different parts of the product, improving both the candidate and business experience. My work included dashboard improvements, AI-related features, website design, and demo creation used to present the platform.
03. Business Dashboard
The updated dashboard focused on improving clarity and making it easier for companies to review candidates quickly. The redesign reduced visual noise and highlighted the most important insights during the hiring process.

05. Candidate Cards
One of the improvements I worked on involved redesigning the candidate cards used throughout the platform. Since recruiters review many profiles quickly, these cards needed to surface the most important information at a glance.

06. AI-Powered Features
Part of my work on YSwipe involved designing interfaces that integrate AI into the hiring workflow. The goal was to support recruiters while keeping the experience transparent and easy to use.

I designed parts of the experience where companies define how roles are evaluated and configured within the platform.

07. Website
Alongside product work, I also contributed to parts of the website experience, helping align how the platform is presented publicly with the product itself.

To help communicate the product and new features, I created demo videos used to present the platform and explain how the experience works.

09. Outcome
The platform evolved into a clearer and more structured hiring experience for both companies and candidates. The updates improved how recruiters review talent while giving candidates more space to show who they are beyond a resume.
10. What I Learned
Working on YSwipe strengthened my ability to design evolving products, collaborate with teams, and build experiences that balance business needs with real user impact.
